Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Ensure that project deadlines are met.
- Ensure all project requirements are communicated to the team.
- Provide project updates to the organization.
- Manage the work of subcontractors.
- Train and supervise employees.
- Address customer concerns and questions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with waterproofing and other types of roofing
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience supervising commercial roofing installations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Nice to have: experience in healthcare, educational, government, and hospitality industries.
