We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be willing to travel to various project sites throughout the northeast. This role will involve working with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed in the northeast.
