We've been in business for over 20 years completing a variety of multi-fam, senior living, hospitality, and retail projects. We're looking for a Traveling Superintendent to cover jobs throughout the Midwest.
Position Overview: The Traveling Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing on-site management of construction projects, scheduling, quality control and assurance, and safety. The Superintendent will also supervise subcontractors, vendors, and workers on the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site management of construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Ensure project quality standards are maintained
- Monitor safety protocols onsite and enforce safe work practices
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and workers on the project
- 5 years of experience in Higher Ed, Commercial Construction, Ground-up Construction, Hospitality, Hotels, Multi-family, Mixed-Use, K-12, and Municipal projects
- Project Management experience
- Experience with Quality Control and Assurance
