UiPath RPA Developer Analyst - full time - onsite, future hybrid

RPA Developer Analyst - Strong UIPath (preferred) RPA skills with excellent Business Analysis skills

Salary - up to $135,000 depending on experience with 7 1/2% bonus

Onsite then move to Hybrid - This role is onsite for the first six months to build stakeholder relationships and learn our ERP and business. After that time, a hybrid workweek can be put into place.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with strong business analysis skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, leveraging UiPath to automate processes and improve efficiency across the organization.

This position is a UiPath RPA Developer with strong business analysis skills, as this individual will own the entire development lifecycle of the RPA automation for our ERP system. Working closely with business leaders, understanding their manual processes and building automated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs
• Test and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure optimal performance
• Provide training and support to end-users on RPA solutions
• Maintain documentation for RPA processes and workflows
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in RPA and automation
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience in RPA development, preferably with UiPath (Blue Prism, Power Automate or Automation Anywhere will be considered)
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities, manufacturing
• Experience in business analysis and process mapping working closely with stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
