We're seeking an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to lead the configuration and support of Workday Payroll and Benefits modules across the US and Canada. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance, and data integrity. You'll work cross-functionally with HR, payroll, and global teams to optimize Workday functionality and enhance user experience.
What You'll Do
- Configure and maintain Workday Payroll and Benefits modules to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Support and oversee US & Canada end-to-end payroll processes including bonuses, commissions, and retro pay.
- Administer employee benefits programs within Workday including health, dental, vision, retirement, and leave.
- Manage open enrollment, benefits elections, and support year-end reporting (e.g., W-2s).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll/benefits issues and provide Workday guidance.
- Design and maintain reports and dashboards; utilize EIBs and spreadsheets for data uploads and audits.
- Partner with global HR counterparts to align and support system updates, enhancements, and releases.
- Participate in bi-annual Workday releases and system testing.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives within Workday.
- 4 years of Workday experience with a focus on Payroll and Benefits (US and Canada); Absence/Time Tracking a plus.
- Strong understanding of benefits administration, open enrollment, and year-end processes.
- Skilled in data loads, EIBs, report building, and Excel.
- Knowledge of core HR operations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and confidentiality.
- Experience in a fast-paced, global HRIS environment.
- Passion for process improvement and system optimization.

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
