Job Title : Process Planner Specialist
Work Location : Mesa, AZ-USA
Key Responsibilities
Process Planning :
- Create and optimize process plans for Catia V5 manufacturing operations in the 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) environment.
- Use DELMIA Apriso to simulate, validate, and optimize production workflows, ensuring resource efficiency and reduced cycle times.
- Use Apriso for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) tasks, enabling real-time tracking and management of production processes.
- Drive efficiency and quality improvements using simulation and analytics tools in DELMIA and Apriso.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to integrate new processes and ensure alignment with design intent.
Desired Qualifications and Skills :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering.
Nationality : US Nationality is mandatory for this position to perform EAR / ITAR work.
Experience : 5 to 8 years in process planning, work instruction development, or related manufacturing roles.
