Technical Lead

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers in the development and implementation of embedded software projects.
• Ensure compliance with do 178b standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct functional testing to validate the performance and reliability of embedded software.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate software components into embedded systems
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing software development processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in embedded software projects.

Skill Requirements:

• Proficiency in do 178b guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Strong programming skills in c .
• Experience in functional testing of embedded software.
• Knowledge of real-time operating systems and embedded systems design.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
