Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In React.Js, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity Through Knowledge Sharing And Training Sessions.
• Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards In React.Js Development While Optimizing Performance Through Effective Debugging And Profiling Techniques.
• Ensure Process Compliance Within Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Potential Risks Related To Architecture And Component Breakdown.
• Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Address Escalations Proactively.

Skill Requirements:

• Advanced Proficiency In React.Js And Its Ecosystem, Including Redux And Related Libraries.
• Solid Understanding Of Javascript, Html, And Css With The Ability To Implement Responsive Design Principles.
• In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices, Specifically Agile Methodologies.
• Familiarity With Version Control Systems, Particularly Git, For Efficient Code Management.
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team-Oriented Environment.

Certification:

• Optional But Valuable Certifications: React.Js Certification, Agile Certified Practitioner (Pmi-Acp), Or Similar Relevant Qualifications.
