Job Overview:
As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments and managing invoices, reconciling bank statements and accounts, communicating with clients and vendors regarding financial matters, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Preparing financial reports and statements
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Conducting regular audits of financial transactions
- Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting
- Communicating financial information to team members and stakeholders
- Managing payroll and employee expense reports
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Quickbooks.
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

Salary : $37,900 - $48,000
