Daimanta is hiring a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) team in Lawton, OK. This is a 13-week contract assignment(Days and Nights) with a competitive pay rate and the opportunity to provide care across a diverse patient population in an acute care setting.
Shift: Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 36 GH)
Nights (7:00 PM- 7:00 AM, 36 GH)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of recent Med Surg experience – Required
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or a Compact State – Required
- BLS (AHA) and NIH Stroke Certification – Preferred (applicants without these may still be considered)
- Availability to work occasional weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver total nursing care by conducting patient assessments, creating nursing diagnoses, and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.
- Provide compassionate, effective care to a varied patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Demonstrate leadership and teamwork in a fast-paced clinical environment.
