Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member at Dairy Queen, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Whether you're preparing our famous Blizzards, serving up hot-off-the-grill burgers, or assisting customers at the counter, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering a delightful dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to Dairy Queen's quality standards
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Uphold Dairy Queen's commitment to exceptional customer service
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and willingness to provide outstanding service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic math skills
- Prior food service experience is a plus, but not required
