Qualifications for our Residential Journeyman Plumbers:
We require that you have a license with the State of Michigan – Apprentice 3-4 year, Journeyman or Master. Preferably two years residential experience. Must have a good driving record and be able to pass a back-ground check and drug test.
Some of the skills we’re looking for in a Residential Journeyman Plumber:
- Strong residential service experience and troubleshooting skills
- Our Journeyman Plumbers will learn and train with other team members as well as provide expertise on cross division projects
- Water Heater (traditional and tankless) diagnosis and replacement
- Diagnosis, repair and replacement of drainage issues & water leaks inside the home
- Replacement of sump pumps and back-up systems
- Replacement of kitchen & bathroom fixtures, from entry level to high end. All brands.
- Installation of water quality products
- Laundry component repair and installation
- Residential home gas line repair, replacement, and new installation
- Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
- Our Journeyman Plumbers perform work adhering to Local, State and National codes
- Ability to read schematics and manufacturer specs
- Inform customers of all estimated costs before commencing work
- Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
