Qualifications for our Residential HVAC Install Technicians:
Preferably two years residential experience, must have a good driving record and be able to pass a back-ground check and drug test.
Some of the skills we’re looking for in a Residential HVAC Install Technician:
- Installation and operational knowledge of residential forced air heating systems
- Installation and operational knowledge of residential forced air cooling systems
- Installation and operational knowledge of residential hot water heating systems
- Installation, measurement, and communication of residential duct work systems
- Water heater installation
- Regularly practice jobsite safety
- Ability to read schematics and manufacturer specs
- Address and perform work adhering to local and national codes
- Customer consultant on new system operation
- Ability to give and receive direction
- Jobsite safety expert
- Regularly practice jobsite safety
- Training of new employees on policy and procedures
- Continued training and education
Compensation details: 50000-70000 Yearly Salary
