Description
Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Maintains relationships with Post Office, carriers and vendors to consistently resolve production issues
- Ensure that all jobs and materials handled in the production environment meet customer and postal requirements as specified
- Review customer samples for quality and accuracy
- Ensures shipments are delivered in a timely manner
- Process all shipping paperwork accurately, providing it to Customer Service and/or Accounting on a daily basis as well as maintaining the mailing files
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in mail logistics and strong quality assurance
- Knowledge of mailing regulations and have a working knowledge of PostalOne, Seamless, E-Induction, Dat.mail, and Windowbook is a huge plus
- Knowledge of postal regulatory standards is a plus
- Experience working with freight companies is a plus
- Must possess excellent attention to detail & computer skills
Education:
- Highschool Degree/GED is required
