We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Whether managing schedules, handling correspondence, or supporting administrative tasks, you will be at the heart of our vibrant workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the reception and concierge services.
- Assist residents with scheduling, transportation services, dining services, submitting work order requests and make reservations for various community events.
- Answer phone and assist callers with needs, directing them to the correct department.
- Monitor emergency response system and fire alarm panel during daytime hours.
- Competently handles multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Coaches residents assigned to reception and administration.
- Works with the Executive Director to negotiate lease agreements at renewal.
- Communicates rates with families.
- Updates programs to reflect updated rates.
- Manages access to programs/platforms used across the company.
- Manages family's access to pertinent programs and inputs family information in all apps.
- Works with all departments to order supplies as needed.
- Evaluates and negotiates preferred pricing for supplies.
- Assign and maintain other office technology to support the team.
- Coordinate vendor repairs.
- Supports Human Resources through new hire orientation, onboarding process and employee relations.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
