The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for a full-time and a part-time Cage Supervisor to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. In this role you will oversee all areas of the cage and vault to ensure that all state, federal, and Delaware North guidelines and procedures are being followed.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of associates, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development.
- Participate in the selection and training of new team members, working to ensure they are knowledgeable of laws and procedures.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports.
- Monitor inventory supplies for cage operations.
- Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable.
- Monitor the ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary.
- Understand the goals and vision of the organization and demonstrate commitment to those goals in terms of individual and team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a gaming role.
- Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressment.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high volume-environment required.
- Must have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must able to bend and lift as needed.
- Gaming environment, noise levels may be moderate-to-high, including exposure to second-hand smoke.
- Must work 8pm - 4:30am
