The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for a part-time Drop and Count Team Supervisor to join our team at Finger Lakes Gaming in Farmington, New York. In this role, you will lead the Drop and Count teams in their efforts to accurately and efficiently perform cash drops and counts from machines throughout the location while following state and federal laws and company procedures.

Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and coach drop and count team members in drop and count areas.
- Train, coach, and enforce compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development of new training programs.
- Implement training programs for new associates or issue policies and procedures as they relate to drop and count team members.
- Responsible for database and spreadsheet preparation and maintenance.
- Ensure all cash boxes are retrieved and replaced.
- Ensure all cash boxes are securely transported to the soft count room.
- Collect machine audit reports.
- Account for, reconcile, and remit monies brought in through soft count activities.
- Assist in research and resolution of complex or unusual transactions as they relate to soft count.
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a gaming role.
- Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressment.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high volume environment required.
- Outstanding math skills required.
- Must have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must able to bend and lift as needed.
- Gaming environment, noise levels may be moderate-to-high, including exposure to second-hand smoke.
