Job Title: Change Management Analyst
Pay Range: $40 - $42/hr. on W2
Location: Houston, TX, 77002 (On-site)
Duration: 5 months contract
Summary:
The Change Management Analyst will ensure that Credit Operations employees, contractors, and vendors possess the necessary job skills for optimal performance. This role focuses on managing and implementing organizational changes within Credit Operations, aiming for smooth adoption and minimal resistance. The Analyst collaborates closely with the Manager of Credit Operations to develop and update training materials, enhancing the team’s operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Support:
- Maintain expertise in specialized Retail Operations programs and assess their impact on processes.
- Assist in developing operational processes for Retail Operations programs.
- Training Development:
- Design and present training programs tailored for the Credit Operations team.
- Develop training plans and materials to meet organizational needs.
- Conduct new hire onboarding, process updates, and enhancement training.
- Create assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Change Management:
- Support communication strategies and coordinate end-user training for system implementations.
- Recommend solutions for system workarounds until permanent fixes are implemented.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
- Analysis & Improvement:
- Partner with Performance Analysts and Credit Operations Managers to identify improvement areas.
- Conduct training needs assessments to determine organizational requirements.
- Provide support in root-cause analysis and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders.
- Documentation & Communication:
- Develop guidelines, procedures, and documentation to standardize processes.
- Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience).
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in retail energy.
- 3 years in training design and implementation.
- 2 years in project management or business analysis.
- Proficiency in MS tools (Excel, Macros, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
Skills and Competencies:

- Ability to facilitate both technical and soft skills training.
- Expertise in analyzing and resolving complex problems.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and work ethic.

Physical and Working Conditions:
- Physical Requirements:
