Qualifications:

3 years of experience representing companies and/or financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation

Strong preference for experience with consumer loan litigation, including loan agreements and modifications, contracts, wrongful foreclosure, and mortgage-related disputes

Experience appearing in New York state and federal courts strongly preferred

Solid understanding of civil procedure

Experience taking and defending depositions and drafting pleadings

Active New York Bar license required; New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware licensure is a plus

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position in New York is $235,000–$290,000 annually.
