Position Overview
The associate will support a global commercial disputes practice handling complex litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. The role offers hands-on experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to high-stakes matters for a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials

Conduct legal research and analysis on substantive and procedural issues

Assist with case strategy, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on multi-jurisdictional disputes
Qualifications

Active membership in the Delaware Bar (required)

1–3 years of law firm experience handling complex commercial litigation matters

Experience with breach of contract, fraud, and fiduciary duty litigation preferred

Outstanding academic credentials

Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills

Judicial clerkship experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation

Salary range: $225,000 – $260,000
