What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Associate position at Distinct | North America?
A highly reputable mid-size Boston based law firm seeks an associate with at least four (4) years of complex commercial litigation experience who has taken and defended depositions, engaged in motion practice, conducted document and electronic discovery, and drafted pleadings.
Experience in business and partnership disputes, construction law, employment issues, land use and real estate disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty claims strongly desired.
Must have strong oral/written communication and interpersonal skills and a genuine appetite/interest for business development and networking.
The firm provides legal services to a diverse client base throughout the region, across the U.S. and internationally.
