• Location: Onalaska, WI – Relocation required, if not local
• Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 Annually
  
  

Purpose & Summary: The Integration Solution Engineer is part of our Technology Team and plays a vital role in ensuring the stability, performance, and seamless functionality of our API integration landscape using Mulesoft technologies. This role supports operational needs and leads project-driven enhancements to maximize the efficiency of our technology investments. You'll develop and refine integration solutions, spearhead Mulesoft implementations and upgrades, and drive robust data integrations across diverse applications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust API integrations using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications Manager to design scalable and efficient integration solutions.
• Provide expert-level support for troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
• Lead and participate in integration projects from start to finish.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities and mentor junior team members.
  
  

Education & Experience:

• Required Education: Post-high school education, certificate, or training in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Preferred Education: Mulesoft Certified Developer – Level 1 or Level 2, Mulesoft Certified Integration Associate.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience with API development and integration using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform or similar platforms.
• Preferred Experience: Experience with Azure integration solutions, leading Agile projects, and mentoring junior developers.

Skills & Abilities:

• Deep understanding of API-led connectivity and integration solutions using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform or similar integration platforms.
• Familiarity with integration patterns, best practices, and SDLC processes.
• Strong knowledge of JSON, XML, HTTP, SOAP, OAuth, SAML, and SSL/TLS.
• Proficiency in Java and experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver on time.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to mentor and foster a culture of learning within the team.
