Location: Onalaska, WI
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00am – 1:30pm. No mandatory overtime!
Supervisor: Mike Rytilahti, Operations Supervisor
Purpose & Summary: The Materials Coordinator is a fast-paced, high impact role, which is essential to the functionality of our other ITAD roles and overall departmental efficiency. By handling and managing the flow of material processed at our Onalaska facility, you will have the opportunity to meet and work with a variety of individuals across numerous positions. Utilizing the power of a standup forklift, you will direct, organize, and ship high-end electronic materials to our global customer base. As a trusted, self-motivated individual, you will have the freedom to direct your own work process while achieving our production goals.
Requirements & Qualifications: We require a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as 6 months of warehouse experience. An ideal candidate will also have previous experience operating a forklift, and excel & database entry skills. Additional qualifications include:
- Knowledge of material flow & warehouse organization
- High level communication and problem solving skills
- Computer savvy
- High Integrity and willingness to learn
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required combined with a minimum of one year of warehouse experience required. Previous forklift experience is preferred.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of gas and electric forklift operations.
- Knowledge of standard concepts and procedures of a warehouse.
Skills:
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong work ethic.
Abilities:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Ability to understand warehouse responsibilities.
- Ability to enter account information and complete reports in a computer system.
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment.
Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of forklift and/or pallet jack experience. Attention to detail and high awareness of safety practices with forklift and warehouse. Maintenance or light maintenance knowledge.
