- Office Location: Onalaska, WI – Building A
- Position Location: Onsite
- Hours: Monday – Friday; 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Hourly Pay Rate: $18.00 - 20.00
- Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing
You'll handle order entry, invoicing, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and providing tracking updates. You'll also support special projects, maintain data accuracy, and back up various logistics functions, giving you wide exposure and opportunities to grow within the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer calls/emails, schedule pick-ups and deliveries, and update ETA via TMS systems or customer portals.
- Complete billing by matching rates to confirm and upload supporting documentation.
- Accurately enter orders into TMS and assign drivers/equipment, including distributing paperwork.
- Provide general backup, including window assistance, booking loads, and billing.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months' experience in B2B customer service or account management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong data entry, communication, and organization skills.
- Associate's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience with CRM, ERP/inventory management, or TMS software.
- Transportation-related customer service or account management experience.
- Advanced Excel skills.
