Job Overview
The Director of Strategic Growth and Business Operations plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the company through strategic planning, business development market analysis, and fostering strong client relationships. We are a Federal Government contractor currently primarily engaged in supporting the Defense programs (Army, Navy, National Guard Bureau etc).
Duties
- Lead business development initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market reach
- Manage projects related to business development and sales
- Manage day-to-day operation
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, operations or a related field
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to strategize and implement effective growth oriented business plans
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in customer relationship management is a plus
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and sales
- Strong knowledge and experience supporting Military related programs is a big plus
- Strong negotiation and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build customer relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and Word
- Experience supporting Federal Contracts is a big plus.
