Responsibilities:
- Responsible for writing/leading proposal sections as assigned and ensuring compliance with all RFP requirements. The proposal writer will produce compelling proposal content, technical content, management content.
- Assist in capturing the required elements needed to develop technically compliant and persuasive responses to solicitations.
- In conjunction with Business Development/Capture Managers, develops win themes and incorporate strategies to develop draft proposal.
- Engaged throughout the entire proposal lifecycle to create compelling proposal content.
- Incorporate feedback based on proposal draft reviews to ensure the final narrative is compliant, compelling, and high scoring in accordance to the solicitation requirements.
- Coordinates all proposal sections assigned (Past Performance, Technical, Management, Pricing) and completes all required Government forms.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferablyin a technical field
- Proven and demonstrated experience in identifying, decomposing, organizing, and responding to Federal Government solicitations
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling and compliant technical and management responses, resumes, past performance and experience, cost proposal and Plans. Graphic experience is a plus!
- Willingness to work through proposal deadlines as needed.
- Project management experience is a plus
- Writing experience supporting DoD customers is preferred
