Our Customer Service Department is looking for a temporary employee to assist with the administrative functions of the department. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with invoicing and billing customers across Echo Customer Service Teams.
- Open, read, and respond to emails daily.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and other activities on Microsoft Outlook Calendar.
- Assist Consumer Support team with Oracle knowledge base updates.
- Responsible for overage and shortage claims for Echo customers.
- Back up to key functions in Distribution and Customer Support Teams.
- Perform various other duties and assignments as requested to assist the Customer Support Teams across Echo.
Job Experience/Skills:
- 1-3 years of experience working in an office setting.
- Attention to detail and accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication, plus strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude, proactive and supportive of team leaders and its members.
- Ability to be flexible and work under pressure to meet deadlines, including a willingness to work overtime if the situation calls for it.
