The IKAT Project Manager is responsible for leading the execution Demo / Conversion / Installation of products through well-defined schedules and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

• Owns the daily operational planning and execution of all Installation Qualification activities while providing single point of contact for customer for all Installation Qualification related issues.

• Establish and audit local operating procedures to provide a training aid and reference source for Edwards and customer personnel.

• Develops process templates to guide project(s).

• Coordinates with the global Edwards community to harmonize processes between groups.

• Performs special projects at customer site with minimal supervision

• Assists with failure analysis by providing information on mode of failure on each equipment failure.

• Submits information to Edwards technical department to drive equipment improvements.

• Writes weekly/monthly reports on activities that have been performed at a customer’s site based on customer and regional management requirements.

• Work with Site Lead and Site Manager to ensure 7x24 escalation support for site team.

• Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance; works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
