Job Overview
This is a commission-based sales position. As a Tanning Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while promoting our tanning products and services. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the tanning facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients with a positive, upbeat attitude
- Perform client consultations to recommend products, services, and memberships
- Upsell memberships, product bundles, and service upgrades
- Maintain studio cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Accurately handle POS transactions and follow studio protocols
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 shifts/month (1–2 shifts/week); must include nights/weekends
- Sales-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first attitude
- Coachable and open to ongoing training

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
