WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Recruiter will be responsible to utilize effective recruiting and staffing strategies that will attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates to support the growth of Elica Health Centers. Additionally, the Recruiter will focus on a positive application, interview, and onboarding process for candidates while providing a high level of internal customer service to hiring managers. The ideal candidate has proven success in recruitment and human resources, with knowledge of strategic screening, interviewing, and hiring practices.

Requirements
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The successful candidate has:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related is preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Experience managing the full cycle of recruitment (agency or in house) in a fast paced environment. Previous healthcare recruitment is a plus!
- Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws
- High-proficiency levels in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), job boards, HRIS/ATS systems and other recruitment-based technology.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, multitasking and organization skills
- Responsive; consistent follow-up and follow-through; results-oriented
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills: must display patience and be focused on customer service and satisfaction.
Physical Requirement
The work environment is characteristic of normal office conditions. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to handle or lift. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee must also possess hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the phone. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

Additional Requirements
- Must have a current and valid California driver’s license and the ability to provide proof of personal auto insurance on the vehicle driven during working hours.
