Description
Monte Christo Communities is seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to help our company identify and hire talented professionals to fill various roles in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing effective recruiting strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the hiring process from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the unique needs of the Mobile Home and RV Communities and be able to identify top talent that can thrive in this environment.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels including online job boards, social media, professional associations, and industry events.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit with our organization.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and identify the best candidates for their teams.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to job offer, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for recruiting and a deep understanding of the property management industry.
