Description
Do you know how to mow a lawn, fix plumbing and electrical issues, and perform small carpentry tasks? Do you enjoy helping others and making a difference in your community?

What you'll do:
- Maintain landscaping and groundskeeping of a 14 acre RV park
- Maintain and repair common areas, such as laundry room, bathrooms, office, etc. This includes carpentry, building maintenance, drywall, tape and texture, and paint
- Walk property daily, picking up trash and debris
- Assess and repair minor electrical and plumbing issues in the park
- Use maintenance tools including pressure washer, drills, saws, landscaping equipment, etc.
Who you are:
- Customer service focused
- Observant, conscientious, respectful
- Current Driver License and Clean Driving Record
- Mechanically inclined
- Self-starter
- Organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks
- Ability to manage a daily work log
- Computer fluent and capable of operate maintenance software App on cell phone
- Maintains professional appearance and demeanor
Requirements
- Ability to live onsite at our RV Park (Must have your own RV or be willing to live in a studio apartment)
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Experienced in landscaping maintenance, including irrigation, tree/shrub trimming, and plant care
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
