What you will do
- Support a busy mobile home community by performing unit turns and work orders
- Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and complete other landscaping work including leaf and debris removal
- Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other plumbing jobs
- Touch-up painting and repaint buildings or rooms as required
- Change light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and complete similar electrical tasks
- Pressure washing
- Perform carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, replacing locks and repairing steps, rails and fencing.
- Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas
- Run errands to get maintenance supplies or equipment
Requirements
- 1 year of property maintenance experience
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50 pounds.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
- $23 - $28/hour DOE
