What you'll do
- Making RV reservations using professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Concierge services
- Handling multiple phone lines
- Maintaining a clean & organized front desk and lobby area
- Following all safety & emergency procedures
- Communicating with management daily
- Stocking/cleaning Office Shop & Business Center
- Adhering to Company standards
- Provide administration support
- Communicate, by phone, email and in person with team members and vendors
- Enforce rules & regulations of community
- Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
- Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
- Additional Community Manager duties as assigned, such as oversee on-site operations of a busy and fast paced RV Community, collecting rent, checking in/out RV guests, handling cash/credit transactions, etc.

- A high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service skills
- A self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
Requirements
- 1 years of customer service experience
- 1 years of answering busy phone lines
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay rate: $19-21/hour DOE
- Part-time, 25 Hours Weekly
