| Description of Work | The Assistant Men's Basketball Coach will assist the Head Coach in all facets of operating the Men's Basketball Program. |

Possess knowledge of specific sport's concepts/strategies. Possess knowledge of physical conditioning techniques and weight training. Possess knowledge of basic statistics. Possess the ability to recruit quality student athletes. Possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Possess leadership and motivational skills. |
