We have an exciting full-time job opportunity as REGISTRATION CLERK!
WHAT YOU’LL DO: As Registration Clerk, you will be the first person our program participants see when approaching the Registration Desk at the Centennial Recreation Center. You will be assisting customers registering for programs and activities.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Open/Close building and office area
- Print out daily class schedules, post on bulletin board
- Process cash deposits for Program Supervisors and do daily processing of program registration revenues
- Process cash, check and credit card refunds
- Process program registrations received in mail, fax, drop-box, online and in-person
- Process program registrations, pool pass registrations and create pool pass ID cards
- Book parties, field trips, and picnic permits
- Assist with class cancellations/expansions
- Maintain a good working knowledge of the Registration Software System and its components
- Run daily report, balance and batch out, and make daily bank deposits
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- High school graduate or equivalent with 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in computer word-processing and spreadsheet applications and registration software
- Proven problem-solving, communication, organizational and customer service skills
WHEN YOU’LL WORK:
- Monday-Thursday 12pm-9pm
- Friday 11am-8pm
- Expected to work six Saturday Registration Days
- Hours may vary slightly based on programming and event schedules
