We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their accounting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Match, batch, and code invoices accurately Handle check runs, ACH, and wire payments Assist with customer billing, cash applications, and collections Reconcile customer and vendor accounts Monitor aging reports and assist in resolving discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system Support month-end close and general ledger activities as needed Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional manner
Requirements
2 years of experience in accounting, with focus on AP and AR Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
