Position Description
We are seeking an educator to support K-12 students as a member of our Intervention Team. This position is full-time and requires availability during typical school hours in the time zone of your residency.
Sincere care and concern for students' well-being and academic progress are of primary importance in order to effectively minister to students in this position. Technical savvy, intellectual acuity, a growth mindset, and excellent communication skills are of the utmost importance for this role.

Salary
While the compensation for this position depends on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, the approximate salary range is $17 to $21.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach and support students synchronously and asynchronously within a digital environment.
- Innovate and collaborate by staying up-to-date with educational discourse and best practices.
- Maintain the highest level of professional conduct and appropriate boundaries.
- Aid families in the onboarding process to academic intervention.
- Create schedules and track students’ progress.
- Initiate and maintain dialogue that builds rapport with students and parents
- Hold students accountable in a firm yet gracious and professional manner
- Coordinate effectively with teachers, guidance counselors, and administrators to ensure the success of our academic programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Previous teaching experience
- Familiarity with online education and homeschooling
- Work experience with remediation and intervention preferred
- Strong technical savvy and adaptability
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and devotion to biblical stewardship
