What You’ll Be Doing

As an IC Tech, you’ll help manage inventory lifecycle and support show execution from the warehouse floor.

• Gear Management – Scan, check in/out, and track equipment using inventory management software
• Show Prep Support – Read show orders and pull the right gear for rentals and productions
• Equipment Turnaround – Assist with cleaning, repairs, and re-staging gear for quick reuse
• Loading & Receiving – Help with truck loading/unloading, and ensure items are returned in working condition
• Manifest & Documentation – Review and prepare shipping manifests for domestic and international events
• Basic Repairs – Identify damage and complete light cleaning or minor cosmetic fixes
• Operational Support – Interact with internal departments, assist with deliveries, and support overall warehouse operations
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with AV equipment, warehousing, or logistics (or a willingness to learn!)
• Ability to lift, move, and handle gear in a fast-paced, physical setting
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy
• A team-first attitude and proactive mindset
