Key Responsibilities:

• Perform triage and rapid patient assessments
• Administer emergency interventions and medications
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Develop, document, and evaluate care plans
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety regulations
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• Willingness to obtain:
  • ACLS & PALS (within 3 months)
  • ESI training (within 6 months)
  • TNCC (within 24 months)
  • De-escalation training (within 3 months)

Preferred Experience:

• 1 year in acute Med/Surg or hospital setting
• ER experience or specialty certifications (CCRN, CEN) are a plus
