Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Nutritional Assessments: Conduct thorough nutritional assessments for patients, considering medical history, dietary habits, and individual health goals.
2. Personalized Meal Plans: Develop and implement personalized meal plans and dietary guidelines tailored to patients' specific needs and preferences.
3. Patient Education: Educate patients on proper nutrition, balanced diets, and healthy eating habits to promote long-term health.
4. Monitor Progress: Regularly monitor and evaluate patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to their meal plans and providing ongoing support.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
6. Stay Updated: Stay current with the latest nutrition research, trends, and best practices to provide evidence-based recommendations.
7. Community Outreach: Conduct workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs to promote nutrition and healthy living.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Valid license or certification to practice as a Dietitian.
• Strong knowledge of nutritional principles and diet planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
