Pharmacy Supervisor – Inpatient & Emergency Department Focus (Peridot, AZ)

About the Role

• We're hiring a Pharmacy Supervisor with inpatient and emergency room experience to join a hospital team in Peridot, AZ. You'll be managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance and medication safety across high-acuity environments.

Responsibilities:

• Direct daily pharmacy operations for inpatient and ER
• Oversee medication dispensing, inventory, and procurement systems
• Supervise and mentor clinical pharmacy staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain and implement quality assurance systems
• Collaborate with medical teams during emergency responses
• Participate in ongoing training, orientation, and performance evaluation
• Track and report monthly operational outcomes

Qualifications:

• Arizona Pharmacy License (active and in good standing)
• ACLS certification (required)
• PALS certification (can be obtained onsite within 1 month)
• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred)
• 5 years of pharmacy experience, including 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with inpatient/ER environments highly preferred

• Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000
