Key Responsibilities:
- Support and monitor patients during interventional radiology procedures
- Perform patient assessments and implement care plans
- Respond to emergencies and lead code situations when needed
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and technologists
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring clinical staff
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN required, BSN preferred)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- 2 years of experience in acute care nursing (ICU, CCU, ED preferred)
- Familiarity with EKGs and basic sedation protocols
- Ability to complete orientation in:
- Charge RN responsibilities
- IR clinic consults and follow-ups
- Code leadership scenarios
