Job Purpose
As an LPN, you will provide both direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, Clinical Director, Physician, or other health care provider. You will play a key role in supporting positive patient outcomes and delivering care that aligns with quality assurance and patient satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Providing patient-centered nursing care within the scope of your license
Collecting and documenting patient data accurately and promptly
Educating patients and families on health conditions and treatments
Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with clinic policies
Coordinating with providers, vendors, and care teams
Administering medications, collecting lab specimens, and performing CLIA-waived testing
Managing patient schedules and assisting with referrals
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and documentation requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
Active Florida LPN license
Current BLS for Health Care Providers
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of LPN experience in a primary care setting
Strong customer service background, preferably in a medical facility
Experience in managing challenging patient interactions
Knowledge of primary care medical practices and procedures
