POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Evergreen Sign Company, a leading producer of custom architectural signage, fixtures, and other products is seeking the next team player to serve as Project Manager (PM). PM's at Evergreen use their subject matter expertise to lead each project on the pathway to client success. As the key point of contact, a strong ability to thoroughly communicate with clients and internal team is essential. Our PM's are project champions and know how to balance client demands and internal workflows. The ability to manage schedules and costs is necessary to ensure every project is on time and on budget. The top candidate will be solutions-minded and be personally driven to make daily progress.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Interaction with internal sales & operations to collaborate and drive action
- Leading client meetings & calls to communicate details and manage expectations
- Ensuring that day-to-day schedules are being met
- Managing the flow of information from designers, general contractors, end users, and vendors
- Data entry and progress updates to keep projects moving forward
- Anticipating and responding to urgent needs or unforeseen challenges
ABILITIES MUST INCLUDE:
- Thorough knowledge of signage processes from survey through installation
- Ability to accurately interpret detailed drawings and other project information
- Strong project management and prioritization skills
- Customer service and proactive communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and software
- Manage workflow and interaction with vendors
- Concern for quality control and product excellence
- Understands and demonstrates company values
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Computer and phone work (90%)
- Travel: Occasional requirements for site visits and client meetings (5-10%)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Ideal experience includes three to five years project management experience, in the ARCHITECTURAL SIGNAGE INDUSTRY
