As an RN Supervisor at Parkview, you'll lead a team of licensed nurses and nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality care, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Salary: Up to $55 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Manage resident/patient care and staff activities during your shift.
• Oversee care plans and use appropriate teaching methods.
• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate nursing personnel.
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with the Unit Manager.
• Maintain records to meet regulatory requirements and audit documentation.
• Prepare statistics and reports for Nursing Administration.
• Handle medical emergencies and contact appropriate personnel.
• Counsel staff on performance issues.
• Complete assessments and obtain physician orders for new admissions.

Requirements:

• Current CPR Card
• Proven track record as an LTC RN Supervisor
• Valid NYS RN License
