Position: RN Supervisor
Facility: Nassau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Shift: Full-Time (11 PM - 7 AM)
Salary: $55/hour

As an RN Supervisor, you will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure top-quality care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Support the DON and ADON in overseeing and directing daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with current regulations and standards.
- Ensure nursing staff are adhering to their job responsibilities and maintaining excellence in care delivery.
- Participate in facility inspections and surveys conducted by government agencies, as requested by the DON/ADON.
- Perform daily rounds to monitor nursing staff performance, ensuring adherence to professional nursing standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Valid RN license in the State of New York
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to compassionate care
