- Perform job-task analysis and needs assessments to define clear learning objectives and determine effective training solutions.
- Design, develop, and evaluate engaging training programs using modern instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business leaders, SMEs, and creative teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Establish SMART objectives for training initiatives and develop evaluation frameworks to measure training effectiveness.
- Innovate and implement digital learning solutions, including e-learning modules, virtual classrooms, and mobile learning platforms.
- 3-5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating corporate training programs.
- Proficiency in instructional design tools such as Articulate 360/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond, and LMS platforms.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to foster collaboration across organizational levels.
