What's the Job?
- Support and enhance the Hogan tool application with custom overlays to meet business needs.
- Utilize your experience in mainframe programming, including Cobol and Assembler, to develop and maintain robust solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the mainframe environment.
- 4 years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
- Understanding of Cobol and ability to program on the mainframe.
- At least 1 years of basic understanding of Assembler language.
- Knowledge of EZTRIEVE and familiarity with VSAM, CICS, JCL, PROC, Endeavor, CA7, MQ, and related tools.
- Preferred banking experience and familiarity with Data Space, ServiceNow, Agile, FMMVS, and testing practices.
