What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant position at ExpressCare Urgent Care?
The Radiographer is responsible for performing radiological studies, making and applying splints for injured patients, and assisting the provider and clinical staff as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Perform radiological studies
- Maintain X-ray and other equipment in efficient operating order
- Conduct simple lab tests
- Make and apply splints for injured patients
- Assist providers with procedures
- Assist provider with patient discharge and referrals
- Help provider maintain efficient patient flow
- Assist clinical staff as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional demeanor and positive attitude
- Operating imaging equipment
- Phlebotomy
- Triage, vital signs, and patient care
- Nose and throat swabs
Education and Experience:
- Radiographer state license, required
- ARRT certification, required
- CPR hands-on certification, required
Requirements:
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work 12-14 hour shifts
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds, as needed
- Must be able to adhere to attendance policy
- Able to work quickly and maintain fast-paced environment
- Able to work in multiple locations and have reliable transportation

**$2000 Sign On Bonus with 18-month contract**
